Submission of a Booking Form constitutes acceptance of these terms and customer’s continued use of our services confirms customer’s acceptance of the terms in force each time a customer uses Best Friends Palace.

Cancellation Policies :

All cancellation requests will only be accepted via WhatsApp message.
Free cancellation at least 7 working days before the appointment date.
No refund for late cancellation, no show and/ or being late to the appointment, being late automatically looses the appointment thus non refundable.
No refund if the administration is refused, or no further boarding/ daycare services used.
